    --Bacara, during the Outer Rim Sieges. After receiving training in the traditions and culture of the Journeyman Protectors, CC-1138 was given command of the 21st Nova Corps, which was attached to the 4th Sector Army. Read the Full Story
AT-AT Driver Selected from hardened combat troopers, AT-AT Drivers were specialized soldiers that were trained to pilot the All Terrain Armored Transport. Using blatant "shock" tactics, they attack their enemy in plain sight after having landed at great distances from their intended targets. The task of guiding the walkers over uneven terrain was a difficult challenge, and to ensure that the pilots of these massive war machines were the best of best, they were put through many hours of simulation tests and similar instruction. A'Den Skirata Null Arc-12 A'den Skirata, originally known as Null-12, also known as N-12, was one of the six surviving Null-class Advanced Recon Commandos. Like the other Null ARCs, he was named and trained by Kal Skirata. A'den was also the only one of the Null ARC's who was a sergeant and not an officer. He chose this out of reverence to his training Sergeant, Kal Skirata, who formally adopted him in Mandalorian tradition. Read the Full Story

In 2000, the 501st UK Garrison was created and has gone on to become the world's largest and most accurate Star Wars costuming club ever seen.

In the last ten years and with the express permission of George Lucas' empire, Lucas Film, the 501st UK Garrison has helped raise over £1million for children's charities, attended over 2,000 events, granted over 50 wishes for very special children and brought smiles to the faces of countless more.

We take pride in our costumes, the characters we portray and the work we do.

The 501st UK Garrison is a not-for-profit organisation. It is Lucasfilm's preferred Imperial costuming group.
