It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of our friend and 501st Legion honorary member Gerald Home. He was known for portraying Tessek the Quarren and a Mon Calamari officer Verrack in Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi.
A warm, friendly face on the con circuit for many years, Gerald truly loved his fans and always had a story to tell them. He will be greatly missed by all. Our hearts go out to all of Gerald's family and friends at this time.

The UK Garrison had to recently deploy to Norfolk Showground to control the crowds and visitors at Norfolk Comicon.

Sadly they also had to deal with an infestation of Jawas.

Today we welcome Alexander Wakefield ID91927 to the elite of the ukgarrison.

The UK Garrison were called to support the US military at the Mildenhall Comicon day held in the USAF Base at RAF Mildenhall.

Troops helped to entertain families and raise funs for the various clubs on base.

Last Weekend saw Imperial Troopers attended the Hero Walk at St Giles Hospice, Lichfield, one of the largest local fun raising events, helping to bring the local community and hospice supports together.

The 501st UK Garrison deployed to the Essex Country Show to investigate claims of fabulous array of country pursuits, children's attractions, as well as rural crafters, living history and much more.

Exit 6 Film Festival is an international film festival taking place annually in Basingstoke, UK. The 501st UK Garrison were asked to deploy at short notice, in order to curtail the presence of the UK Rebel Legion.
